As a vital part of our event, you'll contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for attendees and ensuring a seamless check-in process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ticket Verification:

   • Verify tickets and entry credentials at the festival entrance.

   • Ensure accurate and efficient check-in for attendees.
      

2. Information Assistance:

   • Provide information on event schedules, venue layouts, and any other relevant details to attendees.

   • Direct attendees to the appropriate festival areas.
      

3. Customer Service:

   • Offer friendly and helpful assistance to festival-goers.

   • Address inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive attitude.
      

4. Maintaining Order:

   • Organize and manage entry lines to avoid congestion and ensure a smooth flow.

   • Collaborate with other volunteers and staff to maintain order and efficiency.
      

5. Collaboration:

   • Communicate effectively with fellow volunteers, event organizers, and security personnel.

   • Report any notable incidents or concerns promptly.
